Mamie is a Co-Founder and Principal of Council Family Office, where she is instrumental in developing our Integrated Wealth Strategies process. She is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional and Juris Doctor. With over 33 years of experience as a financial planner and attorney, Mamie provides invaluable advice to business owners, entrepreneurs, individuals, and families. As a key member of the firm's leadership team, she specializes in business valuations and sales, estate planning and estate tax strategies, gifting techniques, wealth accumulation, legacy planning, trust solutions, business succession planning, and key man retention planning. 

Mamie graduated from American University with a degree in International Relations and a Juris Doctorate from Tulane Law School. She has been married to Ricky Favor for 20 years and they have two children. Mamie is also actively involved in The Women's New Life Center and Eden Centers for Hope and Healing, reflecting her commitment to supporting women and families in her community.
